The Junior netball and the Netta programs are poorly organised.Biased coaches umpiring their own schools teams instead of swapping umpires around for an unbiased view. Rules are ignored to suit their own team and enforced on others for their advantage.No clear leadership or direction.Teams dropping out of the competition with no notice given to parents.Constant roster changes with teams being so topsy-turvy it's impossible for the kids to build a relationship with one another.Extremely late announcement in regards to games being cancelled, often results in parents half way to or already at the facility before notice is given. With some families travelling over 40minutes this is quite taxing and the cause of alot of frustration.Prioritisation is always given to secondary school teams, which given Netta and Junior is where the kids need the direction the most to learn seems counter intuitive.Volunteers/Developmental coaches given ZERO recognition for their ongoing efforts often after school and with great personal sacrifice.The entire organisation at the lower end is all take take take and never any give.There is no communication between schools and the Netball association about further training and development opportunities, and information is usually only available on the first match up of the season.Staff are rushed of their feet, stand off-ish and abrupt and never seem to have the time to answer questions. Complaints always seem to be ignored and not addressed.A serious change in leadership is needed to refresh the way things are conducted.

Badly run for young girls who are starting to play netball, only there as a visitor but was really disappointed

Great experience
