We are so lucky to have Shane & his team in town. You could travel to any city centre and you still wouldn't get as good a service from I.T. professionals.They are very competent at:Any Apple product, iPhone, iPad, etcLaptop (PC) repairsHome WiFi networksExternal disk drive faultsAnd on it goes.

I needed a new battery for my laptop. I thought it would be fairly simple. Yet it was a complex, lengthy process; two weeks total with a couple of trips to Maleny to order and to install. Worst part was the lack of clear communication and even rudeness. Whoever the mysterious Sam" is in the backroom needs a good talking to about customer service. I will never go back to this store."

Couldn't speak more highly of the attitude and willingness to help displayed by the team. I spent about an hour there while a phone software issue was resolved (successfully!) and observed how they treated everyone who walked in, and there were quite a few. The staff here know there stuff about anything technical! Speed of service was impeccable! I travel all the way from the Gold Coast just to get anything serviced or purchase new products because the pricing and service is THAT GOOD! Can't recommend highly enough!

I have bought and serviced all my family’s computers here for several years. The staff are professional, helpful in a computer crisis, quick to respond and repair as well as informative about products, issues and likely timing. I have to drive an hour to get there and have shops locally but they are so much better it’s worth it.
