Campion Education Ballarat

Cant tell you how helpful the staff were. I was looking for a couple of newly published story books as part of my granddaughter's 3rd birthday gift.The questions the supervisor asked me about my granddaughter's age, personality & interests demonstrated her patience and willingness to assist customers. (I was there the afternoon of Friday 18 Nov. '22. She has excellent knowledge of the books they have so was able to provide me with lots of books to choose from.I still call the store Ballarat Books" as I have began shopping there since first coming to Ballarat in 1980 to go to ACU or "Aquinas College" to train as a Primary Teacher.The new store located in Sebastopol may not look as attractive on the outside as It did when it was in the CBD

Order arrived on time, staff explained the delivered items on pickup and then offered to help carry them to car because I'd hurt my hand.Awesome service, no BS, and it was a quick 5-10 minutes in and out even though I was impromptu during lunch time

Ballarat books is one of my favourite stores in Ballarat. Price are reasonable and copies are definitely worthwhile. They have a good variety collection and great service. Staff are more than happy to order something in for you if can not be found on shelves.Keep it up!

Lovely staff but very disapointing in this day & age campion education books dont consider the excessive cost of school book list's & have some kind of options for payment plans to help families get there kids off to school.

Staff were friendly and was served very quick as its busy this time of year.
