Isle of Serenity

The holiday house had plenty room for my big family. It was clean and homey and the pool kept my kids entertained. I loved the stroll along the beach too.It was a great getaway stay.

Would not recommend this person, absolute fraud. Cancelled booking 6 months in advance did not return deposit as discussed and stated in terms and conditions and refused all contact. Out if pocket $2600 and still took another booking for same period. Shame on you, very dodgy operator. Claims that's its air bnbs terms and condition but its not. She agreed to refund then refused 2350 and claims air bnb with holding, have contacted air bnb and she is with holding the refund. How can you claim multiple people cant review when they were a paying guest that you have kept their money? Regardless it is a group booking and they are entitled to an opinion/review.

Stayed here with my family and friends for a week. Lovely and clean house with great location to beach. Lovely communication and will come back again.I Highly recommend.

Spacious with plenty of bedding and a nice kitchen but there is a list of concerns that goes miles.Several badly patches holes in the wall, a bedroom" was a wardrobe through the main ensuite with just a painting and no windows

owner has kept our deposit even though it falls within cancellation period, 6 months in advance to be exact. They cancelled our accommodation and kept $2600. not even a partial refund back and have rebooked other guests. very unsatisfied with this person would not recommend to anyone. If they had refunded as promised and stop blaming booking agent this review would not exist. host continues to blame booking agent, agent would take a fee but not take the 2350 owed to us as promised by host.

House was very spacious, lots of rooms. However, that was the only good thing about this place. The house itself was extremely old and run down and looked nothing like the photos on any booking sites. Hours after arrival, after some attempts to get the spa to work, we were then notified that it was not working. It should have been stated in the description details; extremely disappointing that it had not been fixed prior to our stay. The lock to one of the bathrooms were also broken and throughout the day, our group would continuously walk in on one another while it was occupied. The carpets were dirty and one of the couches had a rip in it; the walls were scuffed upon arrival, and the outdoor chairs and tables were not cleaned and had dirt and spider webs all over them. Overall, the condition of the house was appalling. Lastly, after leaving the residence, we were requested by the host to pay $1500 in damages that were already pre-existing damages. We were shocked as we had been careful throughout our stay as we had taken into consideration the fragile state of the house. Would not stay at this place again and would recommend others not to either.

Place looked alright in the listing, despite the price. It was $1000 a night for a night at this run down place by the way. We figured it was like a covid-tax" or something

This house is VERY unclean and does not reflect the enhanced clean" posed on their site/ Airbnb description. The house did not look like the photos the host posted

We stayed for 3 nights, staff were helpful and lovely. Great location, only few minutes walk to the beach. Kids love the outdoor swimming pool. Definitely we will back next time.

Do not stay at this rental property unless you take detailed photos of the property condition prior to taking up residence. The property is nothing like the photos. I was accused of damage and marks on the walls that I did not do and lost my security deposit. legal proceedings are in place.
