I started using them in late 2020 having been referred to their business by a work colleague. Other than the cleaning crew not speaking or understanding English, they were an older couple that did a decent job of cleaning my home and great attention to detail. 3 months ago they tried to increase the cleaning fee by over 30%. When I complained, they changed the cleaning crew on me, agreed to keep the price the same. The new cleaners have been rough and not as careful as the previous couple and have broken a few small keepsakes. I have also had issues in the showers with a white residue on the tiles. They tried to increase the price again with no justification, I also raised my concerns about the new cleaning crew. They have decided to fob me off and told me to go find another cleaning company. Customer service, response and communication absolutely atrocious. I don’t recommend them to anyone after the experience I had.

Definitely recommend! Great quality professional clean at a reasonable price. Cleaners are thorough and reliable. They do our home weekly and also recently did a deep clean while we were away. The home was sparkling when we returned!

We have used Parker for our regular house cleaning for the last couple of months. We're really impressed with the quality, care and speed of the cleaning teams - especially Julies team - or should I say Turbo Team! We have lots of stairs and the speed at which they attack the job, with attention to detail, is really something to behold. Keep up the good work!
