These guys did a great job with my rental vacate clean, everything was spotless. They were very friendly, happy to help and really put in the time for a fantastic" result. Very grateful."

So we paid $1100 for a bond clean including walls on a 4 bedroom property. Inspection was completed and agent sent back a list of things to clean with photos, fantastic apparently organised a day to go back and agent called to ask if it was done as nothing that she indicated to be redone was cleaned. Fantastic were at me for more photos so I sent them through.,, only for them to tell me it’s been too long and they won’t do it, so I paid over $1000 for a clean that wasn’t upto standard and had to organise another one anyway

First impressions weren't great. They cancelled on me with only 10 minutes notice and rescheduled to the following day.Despite that, the following day they turned up on time and gave my sofa a really great clean. He cleaned up after him self once he had left.

The service itself was good. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the many e-mails, text messages and calls I got afterwards to leave a rating on all kinds of platforms.

Do not recommend booking with Fantastic Cleaners. I received a late night unprofessional text the night before saying that my cleaner would be late. They of course did not turn up and the person on the phone was so incredibly unhelpful and did not even follow through with the refund I requested.

Not recommended! The tenants who left were charge $544 fee for not a fantastic cleaning. Obviously there were contractors in and out after but surely is not spot on after a month or so when new owner came to inspect. For eg urine stain under the toilet seat as you lift it up. I do a better clean than that.

Great service. The guy who did the carpet/mattress clean was friendly and professional, did an excellent job. Good communication from the office team when there was a potential delay (was resolved with no delay in the end). The vacate clean crew were friendly, professional, and did a great job - 100% bond back but it was in reasonably good condition anyway. Would book those same teams again.

The quality of the clean was okay but they were awful to deal with and caused damage to the property.Only one person was sent for a large job (which was accurately described through their website) so it took an extra day (and we were charged extra, despite a very high initial cost) but they refuse to acknowledge this happening despite the cleaner themself saying so.We then needed a reclean but their response time is so terrible that it wouldn't get done in the required period and we had to do it ourselves, they refused to provide any sort of credit for this as they have a 48h guarantee" despite not responding to my inquiry until 5 days later.In addition don't even bother asking them for a window clean if you have more than one floor. This was the entire reason we booked a window cleaning (and we even selected a date that would allow for a crew to reach these windows) but they couldn't reach a single window above ground floor.Honestly this added so much stress to our entire move

They cleaned the Venetian blinds which a lot of cleaners won’t do. Wet areas were sparkling and they moved furniture to clean thoroughly. I will use them again.
