Easily the best shopping experience I’ve had in any retail store. Richard was a very knowledgeable, personable and friendly salesman. I highly recommend this store and their services.I was in the market for a kids bed. After shopping around and deciding on a particular bed (due to its build quality and current sale price), I was assisted by Richard. Whilst in the store, I mentioned I had always been interested in replacing my mattress that I have had for years. Richard was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable and helpful selecting the best one. Best of all, at no point did I feel pressured into buying anything, like I do with many other sales people. Even though we’re we’re mostly impulse buying and had chosen a reasonably expensive mattress, I felt comfortable with the support and assurance of the purchase. We just bought a bedroom suite and mattress from Forty Winks Logan and had THE best service from a lady named Ellie (or Elly?).She explained everything clearly, was very friendly, and happily answered all our questions. We would 100% recommend seeing Ellie if you are in need of a bedroom suite.

Thank you so much Sandra and Ash, for helping me with the refund of my single mattress today. I bought a single mattress for a trundle of a bunkbed and explained it it had to be 20 cm maximum height. We tried the supposedly 20 cm mattress in the trundle after purchase and it didn't fit. We measured it at home and it was 22 cm. Normally, this isn't a big deal. The same day we had also purchased a second single mattress and a double mattress for the bunkbed and, because it didn't need to go into a special slot, those mattresses are fabulous and a brilliant quality for the price.Because we have taken out of the packet in order to put it into the trundle (as we were expecting to use it at the sold" 20 cm height

Purchased my tempur mattress 2 months ago. Mel provided excellent service and detailed support through the whole process! I was really hesitant as to what to buy at the start and after trying out the bedMatch system along with the expert advice from mel brought comfort in purchasing. Months down the track and I’ve got my restfulness back These ladies really know beds!

Great experience. The lads delivered and assembled my bed with ease and were very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. Very happy.

We initially had an issue with the bed frame assembles, Sandra has helped us resolve it within the same day. We also purchased the bedside tables and tallboy which look great and in good quality.

I purchased an ensemble 5 months ago, dealt with Ellie. I used the test program, which is probably just a gimick, but it significantly reduces the choices i had to make from their large range of beds, which is a good thing. ( I also went to another store and did a blind test myself - not read the matress name before laying on it - and came to the same bed as the most comfy).The service was very good, but the delivery was better. They gave me an actual 2hr-window when to expect delivery, instead of the usual between 9-12 or between 1 and 5 pm (waste the whole day).I delayed this review, in case any changes occurred, but the bed arrived as it felt in-store and I am very happy with it. Yes i would like it cheaper but you get what you pay for, and making a good choice is its own reward.
