Papilio Early Learning Carlingford

I've been bringing my child to this childcare centre since the beginning of this year and I have been very happy with this centre.The centre management has been professional and caring and most importantly, my child enjoys going to the centre!It's great to see the regular posts on Storypark, the good variety of meals, the arts and crafts my child brings home from time to time and the stories my child tells me like Today we had a soccer coach and we played many fun games!"Overall

Took child here, had to pull her out. Management is very poor. Not good empathy, and care. I thought this was a child CARE centre, Director wear no mask, does not seem to have a caring, nurturing approach. Will not recommend. My little she was there and never again, because I was ask for one they more she go , they do new contracts for me and ask me again I pay bond and fee , I was pay just 1 mounts ago , I have experience for many another childcare and I was study and I have practice to in many childcare, I was bring my children in another Center many time I chance days no body ask me for I pay again fee and bond just because I bring her 1 day more in week. Director no follow policies and procedure. No communicate with me. Very very rude. She yell to me.

It has been 8 years since I stepped into then Giggles now Papilio.Thank you very much for all of the caring the team have given to both my kids. They always came home happy. You have help them to grow during their earlier years and get ready for the big school.You makes my mind always at ease while I am working since I know that my kids are in a good place, learning and having fun at the same time.Thank you Maree for providing nutritious and delicious food. I believe my kids palate has grown since they joined Papilio. They even like vegemite toast :)

Giggles has been like a second home to all 3 of my children. Over the 9 years my children have attended this centre, we have felt nothing but love and care for our children. We have had so many of the same educators care for our children over these past 9 years which is a true testament to the centre, director and owners. Thank you to each and every one of the educators, we are going to miss seeing all your smiling faces.

We just love Papilio Carlingford!From the moment we walked in the door 2 years ago, we were met with nothing but smiles and kindness - our daughter just loves it here :-)From the prep program, to the facility, to the amazing educators and staff themselves, everything and EVERYONE is nothing but quality - only the best for our little one - and the best is what is provided at Papilio Carlingford.Knowing that the health and hygiene standards are second to none at this facility gives me great comfort each day when I kiss her little face goodbye, that she will be well looked after.Thank you to Valli, Marina and the team at Papilio Carlingford - you are all superstars!

Last year we moved into the area and I started my daughter in early August. She was 5 at the time however she still is a person that doesn't adapt to change well. On her first day we parked in the underground parking where there was lift to access the all the rooms, this was extremely helpful to have when we had those rainy mornings. Miss Valli (Centre Manager) & Miss Marina (Assistant Centre Manager & Prep room teacher) were so warm and caring towards her, they made sure she was looked after at all times and also myself as the parent. I had the option to call as many times as I wanted during the day to make sure she was ok and it didn't matter if i did this for 1 day or 5 days I was very grateful. At the time of afternoon pick ups they would tell me how she went and that gave me relief. Communication is everything. Every morning wasn't easy with the drop off at first however Miss Valli & all the room teachers always had a smile and greeted us as well as any other teachers passing by from other the rooms even if you didn't know them.The centre's service was amazing, I was so happy to find this gem in the area of Carlingford in which they exceeded my expectations on the day to day activities with the children. I would always look forward to receiving updates every afternoon on the activities my daughter did that day. It was great to see her having lots of fun, learning new and exciting things.Miss Maree (The chef) was caring and amazing. You knew the menu took a while to work on as there were so many different options for the children. I had a fussy eater and if she didn't eat what was on the menu for lunch there was always a choice of different food for her to eat so she didn't go without. Chef Maree works with you with your child's requirements be that fussy, allergy etc and she makes it feel effortless because she has great knowledge and wants the children to be happy.By the year end my daughter grew special relationships with all the teachers and meet so many lovely children which she bonded with easily thanks to the teachers. In the short period of time we were at the Centre I cant thank the Centre and teachers enough. They all were amazing from day 1, made us feel so welcome and even though it was a short time of knowing them it felt like we were there for a full year.

The best! Overall management and staff super amazing! My son has been going there for over a year now and he couldn’t have done better! Staff is so nurturing and loving, you can really tell with photos that they share of their daily activities. I’m super grateful to have found them! Thank you for everything ❤️

Amazing centre, the staff are so caring and thoughtful. The director is very professional and helpful. My 3 year old daughter has a great time at Giggles 3 days a week, she's always talking about daycare and all her friends at daycare. The centre organises great activities for the children, and special events for the parents/carers. I completely trust the staff to care for my daughter and to put her needs first.

We have recently enrolled our 9mth old daughter and are happy leaving her with such a wonderful team! The Centre is beautiful and very inviting to walk into each morning. The carefully thought out experiences for the children within the room are amazing. I can’t wait to see my daughter explore and develop with her Papilio family.
