DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! The funding contracts are NOT clear and if you try and cancel or change components of your insurance they will not allow this to happen. They will charge you a massive amount to change anything. I have just issued a complaint with the Financial Ombudsmen in regards to what this funding company has done to us.

Scam or real company? Was charged through BJS insurance out of Wonthaggi. Funds have since been returned, but very suspicious.

Avoid these HPF. They will rip you off with additional hidden charges.

I would advise any business NEVER to use this company. I would definitely recommend using someone else to handle your insurance funding. Do some research!-Their funding contracts are not clear, and are extremely misleading;-HPF has zero compassion for their customers extreme and unfortunate circumstances;- HPF will handball all customer queries and complaints to their insurance affiliates;- The customer service in the complaints department is appalling.Even if you tick all the boxes as per the funding contracts fine print to cancel or change your policy, HPF will continue to charge you regardless of your situation or what you agreed to in the contract.What you agree to and sign for in the funding contract is not worth the paper it is written on.
