Busy for a public holiday. Good stock on shelves and clearly 5:30pm is the time of day for online order fulfillment; still staff were friendly and for the most part, everything I needed was available.

Coles seems to be just hiking prices up willy Billy at the moment every time I go to a store something has changed for the worse.I wouldn't recommend them if you had to get a family shop.Even the range is getting smaller.Only go there when I have to which is a shame as the store is clean staff are friendly too bad they're pricing themselves out of existence.

Nice place to pop into for lunch during work. Have all you need and always find a park.The shop is clean, well presented and the staff I have interacted with have been pleasant and nice.Nice to have bakery onsite rather than just getting pre-packaged all the time.

9.39pm Saturday and there is a trolley kid collecting trolleys in the car park dressed in total black.Seriously Coles where is the high viz? Surely the management at Cole's are smarter than this.!

Big range of veg, deserts & food, a lot different in relation to my local Coles and prices always seem to be lower as well. Helpful when shopping for a large family, kids lunches or something a little different to cook for dinner.

Would’ve given five stars, excellent store, but unfortunately I witnessed a little girl stealing lollies at the scoop and way station putting them in her pockets. I went up to a Coles employee and notified them, but as frustrated as the employee was, he said he can’t do anything and no one else will. I suppose if that employee was to go up and tell her off or notify the parents, they would kick up a fuss, then someone close by would probably grab their phone and it would go viral on Facebook like seriously. What is happening in our society these days!

Each time ive used the self check out I've had rude staff member literally standing right next to me looking into my bag and telling me how to stack my food just so they can stick their heads into my bag, if you can't trust customers to use self check out maybe open counters and serve customers. The rude lady working saturday morning who I didn't catch her literally went through my bag as I was scanning my items when I looked at her to see what the hell she was doing she they asked I need to check your bags, well you already did before asking for my permission and now you want to look again,what exactly are you looking for . I'll never shop there againItem items

Coles Eden Rise Click and collect team is shocking. Every time they pack wrong items and old veggies and fruits. I think these people should be train properly.i won’t recommend this store to anyone

Unfortunately the closest supermarket to my home. The most frustrating place to have to go. Between a carpark that was designed terribly to the infuriating amount of trolleys (the ones staff use to shop for online customers) cages to restock (empty half the time and just left etc etc more often than not it is hard to go down isles or buy your products due to the abundance of them and the staff leaving them wherever the feel like. Some times whole areas are blocked off including the meat section. Whenever possible I drive further to avoid this place. Just keeps getting worse.
