Food is good - but has to be one of the slowest fast food places out there. But for some reason we keep going back!Rather than having each employee do an order (and continuously getting in each other's way) perhaps they could separate into stations". I dunno

Disinterested and lazy staff. Have sworn by Charlie’s for a long time and am extremely disappointed to say I will not be coming back. Have no idea who’s managing this joint but they need to pull the stick out. Unbelievably poor customer experience.

Up until very recently iv loved buying the DIY lamb roast dinner but alas no more. Firstly they have changed the menu to no longer include baked roast veggies but it seems they are now buying very very poor wedges which at an added cost are frankly horrible. That coupled together with the fact 2 of our last 3 meals bought through Uber eats have turned up completely wrong = no more char grilled Charlie’s…. Truly hopeless and poor quality food.

Thai marinated chicken salad - despite the delicious flavour of the marinade the chicken pieces were dry and or burnt and quite inedible. Won’t buy here again.

New york wagyu burg $17 w fries n coke 3/5, a mountainous hell of a burg. They didnt have pastrami so sub that w bacon, after asking if it was ok to do so. Which is nice. Not sneaky. Call it common sense, customer service, being upfront, it is one of the reasons why we frequent this shop n why they are almost always busy at mealtimes. Rain or shine. Course being a chook shop, there are all kinds here including salads. Just remember this aint gourmet food.
