The Beachfront Buddina
Buddina hates this development. The only high-rise right on the dune line in council's own most sensitive" turtle nesting area mapping. If you buy here you will be fined for leaving your blinds open at night - we hope - it' s in the approval. Will it happen? Probably not. This will loom over the whole beach from Pt cartwright to Warana and also the school oval the other way. The old council pushed this through 7 to 6 and the current council should reconsider. Don't buy here if you want to be popular with the locals."
