They replaced my radiator the first time and some issues occurred a couple of days after and brought it back for them to identify that the radiator hose needs replacing. They replaced it however it wasn't properly installed where it was hitting the fan which made a hole in the hose and has resulted in my car leaking coolant fluid and overheating while I was driving - I'm not sure if there's been any damage to my engine but this shouldn't of happened over something so simple. Left me on the road for hours to get it back to my house, and had to spend more money and time on replacing this hose myself. The person who serviced me was quite arrogant and rude which wasn't ideal for a new customer. I would recommend researching alternative places.

Red Hot RIP OFF!There are prices for different nationalities.He charged me $250 for a re-gas but when someone else called up the next day it was $160He quoted me $1800 for an aircon compressor. As I knew he was attempting to rip me off I took it to an actual Red Devil franchise and got it done for $1095When talking to him you'll notice him sniffing in between. Tell tale sign of a liar. Definitely AVOID this dodgy operator and go to your closest Red Devil.

Needed a coolant part and everybody said Have to order it from overseas. Takes about 10 weeks".Ross made one up for me. Got it in two hours time. Legend! I would recommend him any time. Service was excellent and his problem solving skills are amazing. Thank you Ross."
