Having used swans-IT-care before I recently engaged Sophy to build a new computer system for audio work. It was promptly assembled with a list of parts used, including the packaging to prove they were fitted. Sophy explained everything to me about the new system and guided me through everything. A week later Sophy returned as I was having a couple of small problems with things I could not find. She promptly showed me how to access what I was looking for. I can honestly say she went above what I was expecting in after care and I can thoroughly recommend swans-IT-care and will be using them again in the near future.
