Very poor company. They did a report with a U2.8 which most residential companies cannot supply windows to meet this. This was going to increase the cost of build by 20k. Found a small local company which works with you and with making a few changes to the existing building gave a U6. I do not recommend using this company as you will get an invoice with a poor report that the method used is not recommended for use when extending a house.

Certified Energy were very easy to deal with. It all happened very efficiently and a couple of small changes were done rapidly for us. Will definitely be getting back in touch again when I need their services.

very disappointed with Certified Energy... I needed to make the smallest adjustment on my Basix. They quoted me $280 to make this adjustment, yet the whole basix project was charged at $250. After quizzing them how a minor adjustment can cost more that the initial certificate they lowered the quote to $140. i did the whole thing myself from scratch... took me 40minutes and only cost $25... do it yourself!!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. This company provided me with a report (which I paid for) for a new residential house build. The builder advised me the windows could not be manufactured without thermal broken framing. This is normally designed for commercial properties, not your average residential house. An unnecessary increase in building cost. I then requested an amendment to the original report, which when the draft was provided, was no different to the original, and the issues still remained. I advised the company I would not require their services further. They then expected payment for the time spent on the amendment which amounted to more than the original report. We have since used another company and have the desired report to be able to build our forever home.

Certified Energy completed my BASIX for one of my projects and they were amazing from the start to finish! Super fast to complete & if I needed anything altered they did it without hesitation! Definatly recommended!!

I would give a negative rating if I could. They are totally unprofessional. The glass data in their report is incorrect and unrealistic. They sent you a draft report and starting chasing for payments.
