The good:The landlord was MOSTLY happy with the way the apartment was cleaned, making a particular note of how clean the oven was. That said, there was a complaint made regarding the blinds not being cleaned and this is despite me paying $50 extra to specifically have these done.The bad:The cleaners were late. 4 hours late.The very bad:For two weeks I've been calling and messaging to have the cleaners return to finish the job (i.e. blinds). The landlord is seeking to retain $140 from my bond because of this. Messages are not being returned, and calls when answered lead me nowhere.I am not going to waste anymore of my time. They claim to guarantee bond cleaning, but fail to do so. Use at your own risk. There are other companies, used in the past, at a comparable cost that follow through 100% of the time.

Unfortunately people seem to see these only after using this company. They have a number of different businesses offering cheap services. While they are cheap, they are cheap for a reason. The customer service is awful. Full of promises and no delivery on them. It is borderline a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Initially, among other things, they failed to provide a receipt for a purchase. I called these guys up to get my apartment cleaned on leaving and was quoted $220 which I was ok to pay as they could do it straight away the same afternoon. However Dani then asked me for a $100 deposit which I was a bit suspicious by and didn't want to give my credit card details to over the phone and it sounded a bit like a scam. He tried to talk me into it and send me a txt message then with his bank details instead while I said I would check out the company and call him back within 30mins if I wanted to use his services.After about 40mins Dani called me back and asked me was I still interested, I said I no longer was and had found someone else as the $100 deposit put me off. What happened next I didn't expect, Dani called me a M##ther F$$ker and then told me to F$%k Off before finally ending the call with $uck my D!ck. I didn't see these review until after the call and I am not surprised now by all the feedback. Such a terrible way to treat people you are trying to do business with and he certainly will never have mine.

Try selling me seatable but horribly broken hm aeron chair for 750, which can be had around same price for much much better condition.

Went to store looking advertised items. Place was a total junk-heap. Couldn't find the items. Walked out. Never again.

Called and spoke to Danny who quoted me $290 for an end of lease clean for our apartment with an upfront deposit of $50. On the day of the clean they inspected the apartment and wanted to charge us for not having a lift in our department, their reason because they needed to carry the equipment up four flights of stairs! We said that wasn't the agreed price especially after telling Danny it was an apartment and providing an address which should of indicated that over the phone. After a call to Danny the cleaners agreed $290 would be fine and demanded cash. Once the apartment was cleaned they refused to take cash and said Danny will arrange with me further payment. I received no such call...I check my bank statement and noticed an extra $40 charged. So I called Danny to be welcomed with abuse and lies, stating that was the agreed price and we were charged for not having a lift. I didn't receive that money bank and had the bank cancel my card.I urge everyone stay very clear from these guy!!!

Carpet cleaning was good but everything else was a hassle. I hired them for End of Lease cleaning and was quoted a price. On the day, the cleaners showed up and were trying to charge me $80 extra than what was quoted. Second problem one cleaner leaned on the screen door and it came off the hinges. I told him he broke it so please fix it as my lease inspection would be coming up. He flipped out at me and started yelling at me saying it was already broken. He fixed it and then very dramatically stormed out. Very unprofessional. When I told the contractor he didn't apologise but threatened he would take legal action if I put a bad review about the company. Anyways they eventually asked to do the job, but at the inspection kitchen was not cleaned properly (stove was not wiped properly and shower had dust on the mirror). When I told Ausclean they wanted to charge more money to come back and do these things when I was told it would be done in the first place. I had to go back and do these jobs myself. The whole reason why I was willing to fork out the money was to not have to go back and do it myself. Like I said the only positive part was the carpet cleaning job but the attitude of the contractor and his cleaners were very unprofessional.

Only giving one star because otherwise you can't review. I would like to start by saying that the actual cleaners that came seemed quite nice & quite reasonable. It is the company owner or manager that is the issue IMPO. I get the strong impression he is massively under quoting to get business. I described to him in very great detail what was required, the size of the apartment (very large for an apartment), the number of bathrooms and the extras we needed. He quoted a price which seemed good. Slightly under the market, which of course we were happy with. Once the cleaners doing the job arrived they called to say the place was much bigger than they expected & the amount quoted wasn't enough to cover the job and they would need almost double to start or they would just leave (we had already paid them cash for the job on arrival as we had to get a friend to meet them & let them in for us... Keys to be left behind & door locked behind them on completion). As our tenancy ended the next day we were then completely over a barrel as it was too late to organise anyone else without paying another weeks rent, and even that wasn't an option as the new tenants were moving in a few days later. When I asked the owner or manager what the deal was he tried to say I hadn't told him the size or the number of bathrooms or about the extras. Had it all in writing in a text message to him with his confirmed price in response!! A total con... Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

We got some brand new office furnitures from this company. Boss and staffs are nice and helpful. Very happy with the service and quality.

Wish I too had of clicked on reviews before contacting Dany at Ausclean.Where to start...... After accepting the quote of $300 2 x people came to my house to clean for a bond inspection. After 2 hours they were gone and I came back to the place to find it with just a general wipe over with a cloth. landlord came through and picked out just about everything wrong with the place. i called Dany who had promised me over the phone that should the final inspection not be 100% acceptable by the landlord, he would send back his cleaners to complete the job. When i called him he told me to text him the details and he would sort it out. From that point on he did not return my calls. I spent a further 2 hours cleaning the place just to get through the final inspection! 2 weeks later I noticed $330 taken from my credit card by AusClean - not the original $300 as quoted. When i called Dany to confront him about it, he said he was on holidays and I should call back some other time. From that point he has not returned my calls. Currentl lodged a complain with fair trading and also with ANZ to get my money back from this fraudelent Scamster. What a disgrace, even worse using the moniker AUSCLEAN and they are certainly everything that is unaustralian. Would love to have the people power to shut these guys down and drive them from our shores. they are not welcome here.
