As the owner of Be Free Marine in Fremantle we have used Ribworx for all our RIB repairs and re tubes. Steve Simpson has a wealth of knowledge in RIB's and his work is spot on. I would recommend Steve and crew for any RIB repair.

Took my RIB in for a puncture repair and verbally quoted $ 50. Other more extensive repairs were to be called re quote that was $500 and were declined, advising to go ahead with the puncture only.Repair done and when picked up the RIB, they wanted $ 170. Questioned this obviously and had to call consumer affairs at the time. Staff member advised me to tell them he had offered me to negotiate......he seemed very familiar with the process.I would not use these people without a written quote, no matter how trivial the repair appears to be.

It has taken over two weeks to receive a quote, still haven't received one, have sent follow up emails. Emailed a competitor with the same request and had an answer within 24 hours.

Jeff is the best in the business. no doubt about it. I had new tubes put on my 6.4m falcon at the start of 2020. Zero issues whatsoever, and they cop a fair beating. Installation was quick and efficient, getting me back out on the water as soon as possible. 100% recommend for any of your ribs needs.

A big thanks to Steve and the crew at Ribworks. Over the years they gave me great service with snapdavis and fixing my old rib. A few month ago they sold me a great little new rib, and modefy it to make it better for my dog. Now my dog really enjoy zumming around in the Rib even when windy !!.
