Poor service from start to finish as well as poor workmanship! Hire car arrangement was completely forgotten and wasted my time and did it when I got there even then, they didn't book it as an insurance booking!!! When I went to pick up the car, one of the windows and a light were covered in paint, poor paint job and chipped a bit of paint while removing the light to wipe the paint off it. They also didn't even bother removing the masking tape residue off my car .. terrible experience. Would not go back there!

The owners do not respect nor value their employees. Very poor service, rude owners and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place.

I went in to get a quote for a panel repair, was told they would send me a quote - and never heard of them again. Didn't bother to tell me they were not interested in the job or too busy. Very unprofessional and time wasters.

The team are always happy to help and offer honest opinions. Great friendly service and quick turn around. Highly recommended

Extremely poor service!! No call to let you know car ready. Phone unanswered for hours, only to discovery after having to go to business they have closed half way through the day. Car repaired left parked in in unsecured parking lot. If you have a choice never use this business!!!

I would not even give this shop one star. However, I would like to make a public review about this to expose how rude the receptionist and the mechanics are. I have never in my life received such poor quality customer service. I am in shock with how incompetent the receptionist is towards me. She doesn’t greet you when you arrive at the door nor does she say goodbye on the phone (she simply hangs up). The receptionist at this shop is just a prime example of disgraceful hospitality and how she treats people. Receptionists are supposed to be the face for the shop and make the customer feel welcomed. Furthermore, the mechanic by the name of Matt, never returns your calls so don’t bother expect a call back. Basically, you have to call numerous times for this repair shop and still, they never email your quotes or return phone calls. Also, it’s disappointing that you have to talk to the receptionist first unfortunately. It has been such a hassle to get my car repaired. I only went to this mechanic shop because I live around the corner and therefore it’s convenient for me. HOWEVER, I will not be returning nor will I ever call this place again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to go to this mechanic shop. As I’m sure you will read other reviews, they do not do the best job in regards to repairing parts for your car. Luckily, I did not go ahead and booked this place. In my experience so far, it’s just such a disgusting lack of customer service, which I believe should be one of the most major elements for any business. In order to keep customers satisfied, businesses such like these expect their customers concerns to be handled professionally, effectively and swiftly. If not, unfortunately, this leads to a bad reputation for the company. I will never go back or call Forestville Autobody repairs shop again.

Very poor customer service here. Took my car for a small job which should have taken a week at the very most, told maybe less. I dropped it off on a Monday, they didn't do the job until Wednesday then took two days to paint and dry, as this was Friday by then, they kept it until Monday before putting it back together. They didn't call me once to tell me any of this and I got no apology. I had to chase them to find out what was happening. I work shifts at a hospital so had arranged to work all weekend as I knew I would have my car back by then. As I had no car I had to get taxis which cost me nearly $200.This was the second chance for this business and our custom. We had a bad experience with them earlier in the year when they couldn't repair my husband's car. They allowed it to be taken to another garage over an hour away without informing us. Our car was full of all our belongings so I had to drive to empty it on my day off work.They don't seem to care about customers or understand how not having a car affects you. We wont be using them again.
