West Point Tailor & Alteration

Large amount of work, they saved 2 pairs of jeans and saved polo Ralph cargo, great work, love those pants; also repaired favourite jacket, now have fav clothes back in circulation. Been there many times with alterations and repairs. If they said they couldn’t do something I’d listen and go to a specialist, but so far very happy with quality and price.

They refused to size us... How can a place called a 'tailor and alterations' refuse to size clients that are willing to pay. AVOID this place. Tried speaking in our native language in Tagalog but the woman pretended like she don't understand what we're saying. I recommend 'First Choice Tailor in level 2 at West point. They are nicer and actually respect their customers.

I have been a regular customer for several years and am happy with their overall work, quality and service. I have had about 6 dresses shortened and a few other items of clothing and all of them have been completed to my satisfaction. The workers are friendly and helpful and i intend on using their alteration services in the future.

Would not recommend. Poor service. Use at your own peril.We used them to tailor 3 new school pants. Left no heams on 2 pants and 1 was over shortened.The manager just stood there with no offer to rectify the situation.$100 worth of school trousers left to waste.

I have used this tailor(?) in the past and they did a fair job. I requested express and expected to pay for it but it wasn't much more than the normal price so I was happy with that. Two pairs - about $18 per pair. Went back a few months ago with two pairs of pants and requested express again. Picked up the pants and was charged almost $60.00 and the job was atrocious! Hems were between 2-3inches and very uneven overlocking. I have also had to re-sew the hems. I would do it myself and better if I could have got the length correctly. I don't think I will ever use this place again.

They ruined my favourite dress by cutting it too short it looked ridiculous..I refused to pay them then I saw it in the shop window as they were trying to sell it but nobody would want the mangled mess that was once a beautiful dress.If I could give them zero stars I would. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!

Horrible. Avoid will ruin your jacket.Left jacket to get sleeves shorted about 1cm, lady pinned the garment herself and confirmed with the length. Also, said that the sleeve buttons will need to be relocated which added extra cost.Returned the next day took garment home without checking it in store (big mistake on my part). Found sleeves length to be uneven, sleeve buttons were not relocated, but where now not lined up and sleeves ended over 3-4cm away from the end of my hand and the edge of sleeve were not straight.Going to return and see what that they can do.

Needed 2 pair of jeans done fast !! the 2 ladies working were amazing.. nothing was was a problem and was told it will take 1 hour... 20mins later sms recieved to say job is done.. A huge thank you..

Ruined a pair of $110 pants that I have never wore and still have the tag on from purchase. wanted them hemmed just above my ankle and I got them and they sit halfway up my shin, and one leg longer then the other. Pretty pathetic

Went in there on a saturday to have my jacket altered, firstly she refused saying she can't raise the arms which I found odd since it was pretty straightforward. The woman then insisted she'll have it done perfectly by the following friday at 1 as I needed it by next saturday.Lo and behold friday comes I go there at 1 and she hasn't even worked on it. And says I can't do it the way you want it and will have to fold the sleeve, i asked her multiple times if this will look bad and she said it will look natural. As it was already too late since I needed it altered I agreed. 3 hours later I come back to the jacket absolutely ruined and the cuffs now look like a folded up fruit roll up. Thanks for nothing. Never going here again
