Nice staff and pet friendly. The amenities are a bit dated but still clean and tidy. Caravan sites were level,tidy and decent size.

Great location to enjoy the scenic joys of Burrum Heads. Other caravan parks here are jam packed in like sardines so the space at Hillcrest is a benefit. The managers work hard keeping the sites clean and also the amenities with pleasant aromas within. We have thoroughly enjoyed the park, the Cafe down the road and the sheer beauty of the estuary along with the spectacular sunrise and sunsets framing the views to perfection. Like you work guys.

Please do not stay here, especially if you have young children, there is an individual who is a permanent tenant that takes pictures of young girls, we stayed at this caravan park and witnessed a tenant multiple times get his camera out of his shirt pocket and take pictures of young girls and when confronted about it, he went inside and locked the doors. This was reported to the police.

Clean and Tidy cabins, affordable pricing, Kids Love the pool. Quiet and peaceful area. Pontoon near boat ramp for fishing. We will be back again. Thank you.

As previously mentioned, be careful re cancellation policy. On the plus... We arrived early & were allowed into our cabin, it's close to a lovely park & the river where there are nice walks. The pool & play area looks nice. On the negative side... The cabins are very old & need a lot of work. Ours had an unpleasant smell & there were dust particles all through the air. There is a heater but we were only able to put it on timer & we froze. We took our own linen but not blankets & the 2 blankets supplied were very thin. We couldn't wait to get up in the morning & get out of there. The shower cubicle is very small - my husband had trouble moving in it. Certainly not worth $140.
