Stayed at nearby caravan park in this very small town. Pub was excellent - a cut above your average country pub food & friendly publican. Dining and outdoor areas were also attractive. Well done!

Great country pub serving top pub meals. The pub is filled with memorabilia and the landlord is more than happy to sit and have a chat about the history of the place. Very nice guy. The pub has accommodation, which looks fine. Lovely old building with pressed tin ceilings and has a great old world feel to it. The beer was lovely and cold. Definitely will be calling back next time we are going back through the area.

The staff here went out of there way with there service, had a great lunch there after a nice cold beer after riding for 3 hours. Great country Pub , and the locals were nice people to chat to. I would go back there in a heart beat. Thank you.

Stopped for lunch midweek, and despite there only being one staff member on (very pleasant lady), she managed to produced a very tasty lunch (steak sandwich for me, Angus burger for him), and at a great price too. Lovely old country pub building, good clean toilets, and a solid, reasonably priced lunch menu all mean we'll be back!
