Great to get away for a break. The whole stay was catered to your every need. From enjoying a warm fire in the evening to peace and quiet on the back porch. What more could you want?

The cabins are beautifully designed. They are nice and quiet and perfect for relaxation. The farm animals are a highlight, fantastic for kids. There is a jetty near the dam near a fireplace which is great for groups. The owners are lovely and very helpful. Lovely fresh eggs available for no extra cost. Plenty of kangaroos around. Big spa bath. The perfect getaway for couples and families. There is a big sunroom which is part of the cabin we stayed in. BBQ and cooking facilities provided. Bread, milk, fruit, tea, coffee, pancake mix, chocolate and orange juice all provided. We will definitely return.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The weather was amazing, and the view from the deck of our cottage was perfect!We loved spending time down at the dam and our 3 year old was kept entertained the whole stay with so much to do with the animals and activities provided in the cottage. Will definetly be back!

Luxurious accommodation but with a warm, child friendly vibe. They have truly thought of everything to create an amazing farmstay experience. Private and peaceful I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a special family friendly getaway amongst nature and the farm animals.Thanks guys we are so happy we came!

What a magical place! The beautifully renovated lodge was cosy, relaxing and perfect for our family. The hampers provided (both human and animal) was such a lovely touch. We felt instantly at home and the kids loved being able to visit and feed the animals whenever they wanted. I can't say enough good things about our time there, we will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise.

Was extremely relaxing, Loved the animals and highlight being the long horns roaming around near the cabin.Jess and James make you feel welcome and make time to meet you if they see you around the animals.Cant wait for the next stay. Highly recommend it for families.

Luxurious, well appointed and extremely clean lodges in the middle of tranquil and idyllic surroundings. A perfect get away from busy lives, giving time to get back to nature, and relax. The farm animals were a hit with the children, so too was the farm animal food and breakfast hampers. Every little detail is thought of.

We just spent two nights away at the Longhorn Lodges and it was amazing!!!Check in was contactless and so easy, we only saw the owners when we went down to visit the animals, otherwise it felt like the place was ours.The lodges have been recently renovated and are so welcoming and cosy. The decor is modern stylish but still keeping with the 'Country' feel.The lodge has everything you need for a relaxing stay with full kitchen facilities (including a breakfast hamper to get you started) plus a bbq in the enclosed deck area. We woke up each day to the view of the Longhorns at our back fence saying good morning, which the kids absolutely loved! The farm itself has so many animals you can go and feed (there was a basket full of animal food in our lodge on arrival) including the goats 'Milkshake & Hazel' along with the chickens, sheep, pigs and a pony. We were lucky enough to have had the chickens lay some eggs for us to cook up the next morning for breakfast.We loved our stay, it was perfect for us with younger kids. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice relaxing weekend away with a breathtaking farm and mountain backdrop.Thank you so much Jess and James for having us!

We loved our stay at Longhorn Lodges!Jess & James were very welcoming and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early when we arrived in the area ahead of schedule.The property is picturesque, and allows you to be in touch with nature at its best. The variety of farm animals keeps the kids entertained, with kids (and adults alike) even able to feed the animals with the animal food hamper provided.The cabins are very well presented and clean, with a modern feel and an outback touch.Highly recommend a stay and can’t wait for our next visit to Longhorn Lodges!

Longhorn Lodges was a very special experience for our little family. Unbelievably warm and accommodating host, such an incredible setting with longhorn cows at your windows. Fabulous if you want some peace and quiet &/or unique experience for kids. We will definitely be back!
