We have used Chadia Chalmers Realty in a few capacities, They have managed a property in North Brisbane as a rental for many years, sold the same property, and they've also sold our mothers property on the Gold Coast and my sisters property also on the Gold Coast. In all our interactions Chadia and Martin were professional, friendly and went above and beyond in every respect. There's nothing like a boutique realty firm and the quality of service is something we've never experienced elsewhere. I couldn't recommend Chadia highly enough.

They were thorough, professional and flexible and made the renting out and management process so easy for us. As a landlord ,I have had19 continuous years of outstanding service with this Real Estate agency,. In particular Martin often goes the extra mile, sometimes with my only accidentally finding out that fact much later. please levelheaded very informative and knows his job back to front.To put this in perspective, I have had seven other agencies on another interstate property during that time. Without fail these seven agencies eventually let me down.I can without reservation, recommend this boutique agency. Communication, fee structure, arranging quotes for repairs ,arranging repairs, follow up on repairs that have been made., regular house inspections ,suggestions to improve the property ,responding to tenant requests ,lodging and following up on insurance claims ,have all been fantastic. Of course there have been a few issues along the way but in scheme of things they have been significantMartin even came around and dropped off a chainsaw on a Sunday morning for me at the rental property. An hour after cutting off branches, there was a fault with the chainsaw, so Martin returned , picked up the chain saw ,went to Bunnings, came back ,put on a new chain me and, all on a Sunday morning..If I could rate seven stars, I would do so in a heartbeat..
