Always willing to price match, I would have given 5 stars ,but every time I try to order a new console online or instore, there always sold out most of the time.Which is a shame but may not be there fault.Instore they have very friendly staff always willing to help you out , there store is well organised which makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

Call the shop three times to be placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Every time I’m in shop I have to get in their faces to get service. Shop is terrible all future shopping will be done in Woden!

This store is amazing. Great customer service.Every single staff member is happy to help and will always go out of their way to find a game or item that you are looking for, you don’t have to wait long for this either.Even though all the staff are nice, I have a few names of exceptionally nice staff.Just to name a few, Josh, Lauren, Sarah, CJ, old man Andy, and Emily.Every time I visit this store I am greeted by smiling faces that are ready and willing to help.Even on a busy day, they would always be happy to give me recommendations for Games.Anybody who has been unsatisfied by their visit to this store has probably just visited it on a bad day, or have met staff who are having a bad day themselves, you can never know what’s going on in someone else’s life.If you are looking for things such as Clothing, Board games, Books, Comics, Minecraft merch, Pokémon cards, Gaming headphones, Video games, Pops and Lego, come to this store.Even if you’re just coming into Tuggeranong mall to get food, come to this store and browse around or talk to some of the staff and they will make your day.I have a lot of games, and pretty much all of them have been provided by EB games, they have quite large stock as well, so it is quite unusual for them to not have something.EB Games Tuggeranong is in the perfect place. there is never a queue and it’s the most convenient store I have ever been to.If you need any video game, come here. They have the best customer service and are always happy to help. If you’re interested in video games, and over 16, this would make a great first place to work as it has a very happy environment and it is very social.I am only 11, but this store to me is very important, don’t let them go out of business.I hope they continue to build a Fanbase and continue to strive and be amazing. Went here and talked to a lovely staff member, I think his name was Adam? Something starting with an A... He was the only one that wasn't In my face with over the top energy but I went in a few times afterwards and looks like they fired him as he's no longer there. Probably better off since EB only seems to hire extroverts (which makes me not want to come here) and seems like a toxic work environment.Products can be bought literally anywhere else (steam or online) and everything's overpriced. Go to JB HI FI if you must go to the shopping centre, plus at JB staff is treated better it seems.

I preordered two games that came with a preorder bonus (a figurine). As I preordered two games, I assumed that I would get two figures as I preordered two games.However the manager said I would only get one. I then asked that if I had preordered each game individually would I then get both figures? She refused to answer and then served another customer.My friend also had a similar experience where he preordered the game a day before the release. But when he went pick up the game, they said that he missed a 'cut off date' for the preorder bonus. However this was not mentioned at all in the advertising.The service was unprofessional and unfriendly. Neither I nor my friends will be buying from here again.

This EB always closes earlier than their website says. It's very annoying.

The staff are cool and the place is clean. I visit here from time to time. My only problem is more or less to do with the computer industry and not EB, as there isnt much selection of PC games or hardware. I feel left out.The store itself is nice, great location, awesome staff that are friendly and if it's not busy, will have a chat (sales of course)

Josh is an amazing employer. He and his team are accepting, encouraging and changing lives everyday. Its a pleasure to go into the store and spend time with a team that cares about its community!
