The doctors may be alright but the service! Not answering the phone for hours, on line bookings available in about three weeks' time at the earliest. Where is the Practice Manager? This is why people go to the hospitals.

These people are just appalling. Doctors that don't get back to you. Always late. Refuse to give repeat prescriptions without another consultation". Now they want to charge in advance for all consultations

Best doctor, I have been seeing her for the past 10 years and do not want to see any other doctor. I she used to practice at Sunshine and now that she doesn't come much to sunshine I hv come to her new practice Manningham General clinic

Dr Aida is the worst doctor ever .. no proper examination of the health issue that we went to see her for. Busy getting the vaccine for the next person during the time that we paid her for. Can’t even measure the blood pressure properly,, have to do a couple of times then just hand over the ultrasound slip then wave us off.. never going to this clinic again

The wait time here is shocking. My 2 kids get sick all the time and we consider ourselves lucky if we get seen by the doctor within 45 minutes of our booked time. It’s very hard for kids as they lose patience quickly.

All the nurses here are friendly, efficient and so caring. Nurse Katie was amazing in patching up my husband after his accident with a garden tool. Thank you for your kindness.

Had an appointment with Dr Aida Karimpour a couple of months ago needing a couple things checked out. After waiting for almost half an hour, I was invited into the room only for the doctor to immediately take a personal phone call in front of me, chatting in another language and laughing in the consult room right in front of me for at least 5 minutes. After finally being greeted, I asked first for a referral for a blood test for various reasons, before I could even finish the sentence I was handed the referral and told ‘have a nice day’. I had been seen for not even two minutes yet of my 20 minute appointment… same thing after my second enquiry which I was hoping to have checked out but instead another referral and shoved out the door. $90 for less than 5 minutes of service, and poor service at that. A real shame that no doctors seem to care to genuinely help you anymore, just a generic solution to mask your symptoms instead of getting to the bottom of your issues. I’d like to say I won’t be returning, but with few other options I may sadly need to.

Lovely staff on the front desk that are always happy to help. There are several doctors operating out of this clinic and I haven't had a bad experience with any. I Have two little children and my regular GP Dr David Anderson is great- so attentive and happy to take the time to explain things. There are sometimes additional waiting time but I'm happy to wait because I trust him with my two children.

It was very disappointing, cause my booster record was entered incorrectly and I called the reception nearly six times. Did everything that they asked me to so that I can get the proof of my vaccination. I work in childcare and it is mandatory for us to have our immunisations up to date. I had to leave work early and can’t go back till I have my proof of vaccination. I had done the right thing by getting my booster shot on time, but have to loose my pay for someone else’s mistake. I get people are doing their best to help, but when u call and request for help, u get transferred from one person to another and you have to repeat ur request nearly 8 times and then u get put on hold for 15 mins. While me waiting to be attended, my partner calls and he gets on line straight away. How is it ethical? I missed my half a day of work today and will miss tomorrow as well. I definitely don’t deserve to be treated like this. I also told them that I can’t commence my placement if I don’t upload my evidence by tomorrow, but still got ignored.
