My experience with Domain Appliances was nothing short of excellent. I received incredibly prompt service, and the technician was able to quickly resolve the issue with our fridge. I highly recommend Domain Appliances and will be happy to use their services in the future

What I am about to write is the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I would give less than on star if I could. My Miele freezer's compressor was making a noise, but the freezer was still working. So Miele arranged for this so-called expert to come out and fix it. He came out changed the compressor, and the compressor did not work. So, within two hours all the food in the freezer was ruined because the so-called expert couldn't fit a compressor correctly and the temperature rose in the freezer. To add insult to injury Miele arranged for him to come out again and look at his work. He didn't turn up at the allotted time. When I rang him an hour later he said he had arrived, and that the gate to our property was closed. This was a lie as we have CCTV with date and times which have been given to Miele. Not only is David incompetent, he is also a liar ( I would not usually use the word liar" I would say that David doesn't tell the truth)

I took the day off to have my washer looked at between 11 and 1pm but no one turned up. So I called them and was told they had turned up to the wrong address which I didn't give and they called me but i didn't pick up call me. Mobile on all morning, no missed calls and no voicemail. So disappointing!

I have a Westinghouse side-by-side fridge with water and ice dispenser. I was advised by Rick Hart Midland to call Domain Appliance Services to repair a split pipe at the bottom of the door for the water dispenser. The man came out to fix the pipe but after looking at it and trying to put a connector on the pipe he said he couldn't fix the issue and I was charged $120 for it. A friend recently told me she had the same issue with her fridge and had Electrolux fix the problem. So I've had a man from Electrolux just come out and in no time at all he replaced the pipe and now we finally can get water from the fridge again after 4 years!

I had a meter box fire which shorted out several appliances, including my fridge. My insurer, RAC said they would send out Domain to check if it was repairable or dead. They didn't call me to say they were coming, they just rocked up on a Tuesday. It was fortunate I wasn't at work as I work nightshift at a hospital. They then came back to repair the fridge, which still doesn't cool appropriately. I asked the service guy if he would mind helping me put one, yes, literally one drawer in and he huffed and puffed and begrudgingly put it in, incorrectly. I would NEVER use them. I had no choice due to insurance.

Domain is the service age hs for Whirlpool in my area and repaired my fridge freezer. It is a great fridge about 8 years old and to hear the main board failed and parts were no longer available caused me considerable unhappiness. BUT Domain to the rescue with a reconditioned ( I think) at least a used board for a fraction of the cost of a new one had it been available. Domain didn't even charge a call out fee for second visit. Well done Domain! Oh and young fella on the phone was marvellous and very helpful. The other young fella who installed the part... the mechanic... was great too. Very pleasant, efficient and quick. Thanks guys.

Overall, very disappointing experience. Siemens washing machine error code and Domain recommended as a service provider (lack of service maybe). Engineer came out, explained a strip and rebuild can take over an hour, so break the cap and replace preferred (10 minutes). Two weeks later the same fault. Multiple calls to be told someone would call, which no one did. Finally, a further two weeks after, told despite the same issue, another call out fee etc. If only they had done the job properly the first time. Complaint to follow along with feedback to Siemens re: workmanship. Avoid.

Would not recommend. They called out to check the washing machine, knew there were flights of stairs, arrived with a replacement with only one guy, expecting us to help carry it up the stairs. Then the new/refurbished washer was full of black mould and they suggested that it wouldn't affect our clothes. Mould is a health issue, introduced to our home because of your inability to offer a good service.

I am writing this review because I am really impressed with their services.I saw very negative reviews and I was so afraid but it all turned out that those are useless negative reviews don't ever judge others until you have your own experienceI contacted half a repairers around the Perth only domain appliances gave me least expensive quote and true exact price of the part that people were charging me double amount. They ordered the LG gasket without depositWithin the week they received and they replaced it today. Mechanic was amazing and such a nice personI highly recommend Domain Appliances.

I was put through to Domain Appliances after being referred through to them by my fridge Manufacturer after an issue with my refrigerator. They were professional, on time and had amazing customer service. They always arrived promptly and within at least half an hour of the advised time frame. They were great and explained to me the issues with the fridge and went above and beyond to ensure that my fridge was up and running again, no questions asked. Outstanding service from their service representative Justin who attended our premises to fix my fridge. Thank you very much
