Darren’s attention to detail, genuine passion for soundproofing, and generosity, both with his time and the sheer amount of extra work he put in, surpassed all expectations and made the installation of our Maven soundproofing a delight.Our soundproofing has been in place for a month now and the results are incredible. The finish of the 12mm Shush glazing fitted to our Victorian windows is excellent - you wouldn't know it wasn't original. And the noise reduction has been incredible: We can now sleep without any disturbance from traffic or people walking past our front window; even during the day!

I can't speak more highly of Darren and his team. Maven is so committed to reducing the noise from outside, while maintaining the look and functionality of the windows. The work is stunning to look at (an improvement on the original century-old windows, actually) while cutting the outside noise significantly. Lovely to work with as well, enthusiastic, and so skilled at what they do.

I cannot recommend Maven heritage more highly. Their service is so professional, and their workmanship is second to none. We live opposite a train line in an Edwardian heritage house, and we were primarily getting the windows to reduce the sound of the train horns, while not wanting to ruin the look of our heritage windows. Darren really makes sure that you understand every element of the project before commencing, and gives you a really honest assessment on how successful the project will be considering the many other elements in the house (i.e. weather board house, insulation etc). Darren is a real perfectionist, going above and beyond to make sure that the windows are working to their absolute full potential, and also that the design and finish is respectful to the heritage style. We can't be more happy with the result! I am so thankful to Darren and the team at Maven Heritage. It has significantly improved our sleep and quality of life, and has been worth every penny.

Wonderful work from Darren Maven who treated (double glazed) an array of mismatched and rattling windows. The house’s heritage exterior remains unchanged but inside it is draught-, dust-, and noise-proofed with the benefit of better temperature control - warmer in winter and cooler in summer.Darren and his team were efficient, thorough and a pleasure to work with.
