The worst service ( or lack off) ever. They don’t police their trolley contractors. 6 Woolworths trolleys into side of my car. Woolworths management (Dan & Dominique) gave me the run around for over 4 weeks. Now they say it has nothing to do with store. Apparently they needed to issue me with a incident number now refusing to do so. My recommendation is try Aldi !

Items missing from pick up order and the store never and I mean Never answers the phone. What is the point of a online shopping if then one has to go in store to get a refund or get missing items? Customer service absolutely shocking

I waited around for 30 minutes for my direct to boot order to be repicked. Was not informed of anything. After the half hour mark, I asked a girl what was happening. She said she would check up on it, but proceeds to serve a customer and forgot to do so. When I tried to address the lack of communication, I was also ignored and brushed off. I had to return to get the wrong items swapped over to the correct one, and was only able to speak to someone in management about the service then. All in all an hour of time wasted. Only saving grace was the beautiful lady I spoke to when returning to get the correct items. The front service desk team really needs some customer service training. Poor service. Poor communication.

Don’t waste your time doing click and collect because you will literally be wasting your time. This is the third time I’ve had to go in store to prompt staff to get my order ready as I’ve waited in the bay for over 20 mins each time and no one bothers to answer the phone when you try to call and follow up.

This morning , I went to return my milk powder I bought last evening because wrong brand. The staff refused me. It is unbelievable for me. I returned good several times in Aldi and Coles, they are very friendly. It’s said Woolworths is a the greatest supermarket, but this service is very bad! I decided to sell their stock and never buy any stuff from there.

If you like most of your order to be left off the list then this is the store for you!I ordered online to boot order and not 1, not 2 but 4 items were missing and they did not tell me they were out of stock. this is disgraceful. They have refunded me but i suggest not to order this way or if you do check the items off your list before leaving the carpark.

It's a RIP OFF. it used to be 4.50$ now 9$ and then even with a discount this week. It still make a profit.That's very sad. Everything gone up and my salary never gone up. Nearly 2.5 times.

My pregnant wife was forced to stand in 30C midday heat for half an hour waiting for a click and collect order. While two cars were parked (driverless) in the click and collect bays. After calling the store twice they finally brought the order out after 35 minutes. Completely disgraceful. This isn’t the first time from this store either.
