DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE!!!This company sent a few technicians to replace fire doors who looked like trainees who don’t know what they are doing and are inconsiderate.After the fire door replacement, technicians didn’t clean up the screws(about 20-30) on the floor, so one of the screws got stuck and made whole in my brand new car’s tyre(3months old).Both Cloe and Scott answered my first call, so I was able to explain the situation and ask for the tyre replacement.Both asked me to send the evidence, so I sent the photos to both Cloe and Scott via email and text message.I also sent more emails and text messages to remind them to call me back. But since the 1st call, I did not get a single text or call from them.I’m horrified and worried about my safety and my brand new car, but they don’t even care!!!What a bad service and experience!!! I'm definitely going to take this further!!

Pretty much a large scam. They have a monopoly on new building with meriton amd others and charge exorbitant price. You are forced to pay also.

Their not professional with handling some situations.
