Needed some repair to my sandstone cladding. Rang them and was promised that Brad would ring me back, which never happened. A few weeks later I visited their office, and again was told that Brad would ring me. When I didn't hear back, I visited their office again. I finally was told that Brad had no interest in this job. They could have been honest with me from the beginning, instead, they wasted my time. Very poor customer service.
