oOh!
Working with a Dairy Farmer trying to keep his farm afloat by investing in a campaign, we approached ooh media - Adam Sarow - in the Brisbane office to help. After speaking with Adam about our ideas, he said he'd come back to us with a proposal. Nothing. We emailed, phoned - still nothing. After 3 weeks of attempted contact, we called the Brisbane office in an attempt to speak to someone about the lack of response. Despite being told someone would call us that day, nothing. It's disheartening enough being in the dairy industry at the moment without being treated like this by agencies.

Worst customer service ever!!!! have to leave a message with reception just to have the ability to get a sales rep to talk to you! 3 days later no return call, ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
