Worst place ever. All the Staffs are really rude. The lady ruined my eyebrows and when I told her she started shouting at me. Most inexperienced staff ever. She claimed herself manager. She should get fired.

I get henna brows done by Priyanka every time, she does an amazing job every time . She is a very happy friendly girl ☺️ definitely recommend going to see her.

Priyanka is good! She really listens to what you ask for and takes care to do a good job. She does not rush but she's not slow either. I always look for her when I go to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done.

Giving 1 star cause it won’t let me give less. Got a lash lift done yesterday, I wasn’t happy with the result and explained that to the girl in charge. The girl that did my lashes was new which I wish they told me before hand.She left glue all over my eyes, the girl in charge wiped most it off and told the girl in front of me she’ll never be doing lashes again. I tried explaining my disappointment with the service again to which she start screaming at me in front of other clients. I told her she was being unprofessional shouting at a customer for being upset with a treatment instead of taken criticism onboard.She told us to ring the customer service line which we did and they said they valued their staff over their customers and don’t care how we were treated.Would not recommend this place to anyone. I understand the girl is new but she should have been supervised. But the treatment received from management and the customer service was a disgrace. That poor girl deserves a better role model with proper training I hope yesterday was an eye opener for who’s she’s working for and she takes her beauty training elsewhere

Lady was very friendly but I'm not sure about the actual result. I think one of my brows was taken back too far. Gotta wait for it to grow back now :/ it also cost $18 cash just for the threading, which is more than midland.

Raman was absolutely amazing with my services today!!The way she talked and explained the process was great and plus the way she explained was in a very polite tone and everything was amazing with her!!!The best person!!

The lash lift by Jyoti turned out a lot better than I expected and the shape came out exactly as I wanted it, there was no irritation and she was gentle. I cannot recommend enough! Thank you
