I live in New Zealand and ordered a cake for the birthday of a dear friend of mine who lives in Melbourne.The entire shopping experience, from placing the order to final delivery was absolutely fantastic. Excellent customer services when I had to ask some questions, good variety of products to choose from, the cake was delivered within the time promised but the most important, my friend loved it saying it was delicious.Thank you very much for everything. I am very pleased and you guys made my friend's birthday a special one.

Bought a mini raspberry cheesecake made by Ribbons and Bows sold by my local independent grocers and it was the most delicious cheesecake I've ever eaten. I'm definitely going to check out more of their cakes. Highly recommended.

Delicious tiramisu cake and very good customer service.There was a mix-up with the cake flavour so when I called them, the lady immediately offered to either refund or send the tiramisu cake the next day (she even said she could try and send it the same day if required!). I told her next day was fine and I got my tiramisu cake at 9am next morning. Not once she tried to justify (she only explained what had happened) and straightaway she offered an acceptable solution. Very happy with the service I received.
