Don't ask them to do anything without a quote before hand. They will charge you full travel even if they are in the area. $300 to not fix anything. Really arrogant people there.Best not deal with them if you can avoid it

I've always had great experiences with Singleton Pump & Water Systems and as such I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I am a general Handyman. I replace or get at least a pump per month at Singo pump and water. My problem is solved EVERY SINGLE TIME at this place.The staff are helpful and prompt. Definitely the go to place in the region.

Needed a new pump. Trenching & pipework excellent. Install of $10k pump not so good. The pump was not operational for 2 months - they blamed size of electrical cable. $1200 later, we ran a new 6mm cable, and still the pump did not work... Turned out the third phase had not been wired in correctly and the pump itself had been installed backwards! Because we had refused to pay for the job until the pump was operational, they cancelled our account saying we had not paid our account within their terms. We had to share, really disappointed in your actions Mick. You do not even have the courtesy to return my calls. Not the way to treat customers and Singleton locals ...

Absolutely fantastic I can not Thank-you guys enough , so so helpful. Our pump broke down last minute I made a quick and easy call they organised all the oils and extras need to go with pump and even stuck in and new stubbie cooler for my self . And went the extra mile to stay back as I was running late from work . Thank you Guys so much again for the quick and easy turn around .
