Eco Gutter and Roofing

Matt seemed very enthusiastic when he quoted the day after I called. Unfortunately he hasn't followed through on doing the job and won't return texts. I wish he'd just been upfront about not wanting the work so I could have moved on with another company months ago.

I've used Matt and his team on multiple occasions, and every time has been first class. An emergency repair to my mother-in-law's roof was completed quickly, to a high standard and at a great price. A full restoration was recently carried out on my roof, which again was A+. Both price and timeframe were always better than I initially thought, and correspondence has bene prompt. Would highly recommend.

I had a leaking roof, gutter and timber problems. The first person I spoke to was Matthew. He came out and explained my problems and what needed to be done, also took photos so I could see what was happening. I was encouraged to ask questions and he always responded, which was greatly appreciated. The customer service was 5 Star and the crew that worked on my house were amazing. I wish to thank them all Matt (carpenter), Michael and Larry. I know I've missed a few but you were all so professional. I was impressed how efficient the work proceeded and how deliveries were done and the old timber and guttering removed daily by Larry. Everything left tidy. Matthew from Eco Gutter and Roofing came out to inspect my patio roof, fascia and guttering promptly and quickly diagnosed the issues. He was very professional and is licensed across all the relevant trades. I have had dealings with roof repairers before but have never experienced the keen and experienced eye that Matthew has for roof problems! His team came and went above and beyond what was quoted to fix the rotten timbers in my carport and the roof and fascia on my front patio. My roof was in imminent danger of collapse due to structural support timbers cracking. Matt attended promptly and assessed the damage and worked out a quote before he left. Due to its urgency his team showed up first thing on the Monday morning and started to make the roof stable.The team were efficient and helpful and Matt stayed on top of the progress and quality. I was very happy with him and his team and the final result and would recommend him to any prospective client.
