Such a great atmosphere, fantastic facilities and the trainers are super supportive and friendly. The owners Ruby and Macca have done such a great job at creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to train at.

Off to a poor start. The studio took startup fees from members and are yet to deliver a service and open their doors for business. All of the timeframes they provided for opening dates have passed. Communication was initially OK with Instagram videos of the progress and fit out posted regularly, but then it all stopped. The have sent *one* email promising communication will be better, but clearly they do not care for their foundation members.

I think they are very science focused - instead of mindlessly pushing yourself they encourage you to wear devices so that they can track your heart rate (so then you know whether to step it up or slow it down in order to keep in the blue or purple range depending on the exercise). I like that the TV screens show the exercises. I like that cardio day involved 12 different exercises (I find cardio painfully boring so the constant change helps), though I prefered EFM where every time you went it was a full body workout so even if you only went once a week you were guaranteed to have strengthened most areas. The only downside to this place is cost, and that my shift work makes it hard to attend enough classes to make that cost worth it.
