Extremely poor service. After waiting an hour in the shop to be served I was greeted by John. I was simply there to upgrade my phone. John asked if i had done my own research on the plans and type of phone i wanted i had advised that the website wasn't overly helpful but i would like one of two phones and he advised that my only option was the iphone 8plus because of the value i wanted to spend each month. As i asked questions about the plan he was more and more un helpful and was brushing me off and advised me to step aside while i called Vodafone again to get them to leave notes in the file regarding an early upgrade and also to go on their website and figure out what my options were.... correct me if im wrong this is what John is paid for!!!!!!! So i left the store and called vodafone like John had said to do and i ended up getting the latest iphone cheaper than what John had told me i could get for the discontinued Iphone 8 plus over the phone with Vodafone call center who i couldn't fault and apologized on Johns behalf for such poor service. Johns service was absolutely appalling and i will NEVER be back.

Last week I had the pleasure of dealing with Troy and Gabby at Vodafone Chirnside. I left the store with my new phone, and a feeling of satisfaction from dealing with people who were not only there to make money for their employers, but were happy to go above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my investment. Top marks guys. Happy customer

I’m really disappointed with customer service and they have refused me to get new phone on 24 month plan. Whereas, all the documents were fine and there was no any credit issues on my account in the past.

Do not trust these guys one bit. Classic phone dealer. Decieved their way into a contract with me which does not make sense. Made sense when it was explained but when the first bill came in it was all BS! Question everything they say and get it all in clear writing with a signature. I have been a customer for years, but will move on now.

Bought a brand new mobile phone this January. From the get go i have had nothing but problems with it. As im with optus i had to cough up another $50 as it was locked to Vodafone. Today i went into the store and explained the problem with the phone. They said we can send it to get repaired and you receive it back in a fortnight. She said for the time being i could lend one of their phones so i would have an active phone for the time being. The consultant then turned arround and said i couldn't lend a phone.. Which would mean i would be without a phone for a fortnight. The manager was present on site but appeared to be escalating the information to the consultant rather than my self as to say 'i don't want to deal with this and i don't give a rats ass' The consultant was almost like a robot : showed no empathy or consolidation at all. I felt let down and i left the store very angry. To the manager you just can't say a statement like that and then withdraw it. Rather than escalating your concerns to your staff why not say it to my face. I will be calling the Vodafone complaints department addressing this poor and unacceptable experience.

Bree And Emily were a great help today. I have had previous good experience with opting out of a contract with Emily, unfortunately the issue was not 100% resolved due to the information online not going through correctly. Went in a few more times and did not speak to Emily but others and recieved poor efforts and left feeling dejected from the employees. Finally was able to speak to Emily again after Bree listened to my continuing issue and within 5 minutes of being there they were able to identify the cause and fix it right in front of me. Best outcome possible and highly recommend only speaking to Emily and Bree as they were interested in helping me and actually resolving the issue. Thanks guys !!!

I honestly don't think it deserves even one star.I only asked for roaming overseas, the staff messed it up and made me sign up for a new oneThe staff at chirnside park Vodafone were horribleIf anyone wants to go, go to another branch of vodafone
