Excel Drive

Two stars cause my husband and I got a class arranged in the last hour, very close to the end of the year. That was nice. The instructor that I got was not a terrible person, however he needs to improve his approach. Starting by stop showing videos on his phone while we drive! Also, he needs to follow the booking time as well, not getting at your place 20 min earlier. I believe I have failed my test because of him. I did 3 lessons before the test and I was doing everything right and calm (I am not a leaner, just converting my overseas licence). 5 min into the test , in a give way crossover, he stepped the break before I could, failing me right away. It is very frustrating cause we spent so much money and time in this process and, I need the car to work. I wish I have my money back! So, I am not very happy right now.Quick update: After failing the first test I changed instructors. Narcisse Kader (RACV) was my choice. She is AMAZING!!! After 3 lessons with her I passed my drive test. After her lessons I could really see how bad was the experience with Jack at Excel Drive. She took me ALL possible routes and corrected every single mistakes. In addiction to that she is an amazing motivational counselor, cheering me up when I needed. She was essential to passing my test. So, I strongly recommend her and not Jack from Excel Drive!

My instructor Dimitri was absolutely amazing and so accomadating always came early to set up the plates, was never late and always spent the whole lesson learning great experience with not just the instrucotr but office staff aswell I spoke to someone named Bianca and she was outstanding extremely clear to understand and very knowlegable about her work overall great experience (:

Dimitri was an amazing instructor and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to become more than just a competent driver
