Unprofessional, judgemental. The ladies there have a personal bias especially towards men. Cannot separate their gender from their role.Mostly all are unqualified, and therefore unable to adequately cater to the diverse needs of clients they are contracted by the government to assist.Make whatever use of them that you can and deal as little with them as possible. They're good if you want to ride the dole system a little, but don't expect them to truly assist with your job prospects.

Wouldn’t recommend, minimal help in every aspect possibly because I’m male as I’ve heard from female friends that they bend over backwards to help them just not us blokes.Started work and they keep making me 10:30 appointments to attend but that’s hard to do when working but they still expect you to attend the appointment meaning you must take time off work to attend to tell them how your search for work efforts are going.Very dissatisfied.
