I had my DPF fail just before the holidays and these guys gladly helped out. I brought it in and it was shipped to their service centre in Mackey and was back within two days. Service and advice was spot on. Would recommend highly them.

2019 September originally got injectors replaced on my 2008 hilux $2500, in March 2020 notice rocket cover leaking, return vehicle back as in warranty for gasket replacement on rocket, I double checked that warranty would cover it they said yes, after they took back vehicle and “ repaired/ replaced it” came to pick it up got charged $600!!!!3 months later rocket cover leaking again! I finally get a different mechanic to change it, mechanic showed me that they never changed it but put more glue on it and stuck it on!Never ever take your car this mob!!!! They take your money but don’t do the job properly!!!!! If I could I would put no star rating on!!!!Toyota genuine parts 24 months!!! 3 rocket covers supposedly changed none of which reached the end of their warranty as you never replace them from the start instead place silicon! Genuine parts were requested and paid for!

It's nice to see people who got their car serviced here got it back and could write a nice review to reflect that.I sadly, did not. After I dropped my car in for a diagnostic service they carelessly left it on the road over the entire weekend and as a result it was stolen. I was told that there's nothing they could do and that's it". This is after they charged me for the diagnositic service on my now stollen car.If you do want to see your car again and intend to use this business ensure to ask if your car will be parked inside their holding yard which is covered by their insurance. 1 star too many."

WORST MECHANIC EVER. I really don't like writing bad reviews and that's why I have put this off for so long...I went here last year to get my van fixed as it was having problems starting. I explained to them that I live in my van and really don't have that much money to throw around. After them having my van for 9 WEEKS !!!! They charged me $6500 to Fix" the fuel pump... About 2 days later it was having problems starting again. I called them and they said it wasn't there problem because they "fixed it"... I then called fair work and they explain they have to fix it. So I called them again and they said they would fix it.. in 3 months time because they knew I would be gone by then.I am appalled at how unprofessional this place was.The only good thing about the entire shop was the three different lovely receptionist that kept quitting because they have so many angry customers.I will be lodging a formal complaint not just a Google review

IT MATTERSWhen I took the time to book my car in early to be the first inspected that day @ 8 am and when I arrive was told there were cars before me ...it mattersWhen I am told that the service would take about an hour but I had to retrieve the vehicle (after 11 am) in order to just get to work on time ...it mattersWhen I arrive to pick up my vehicle and it is being worked on , sitting in front of their office and not in the garage ...it mattersWhen they drain the radiator during the service and not replenish it so that it over heats when I get it home 7 pm that evening ...it mattersI wrote them an email and left a phone message about my concern, all I get is an apology ...it mattersI will have to drive 40 mins back for them to top up the coolant and they think that's fair ....it matters ! I will leave it to the reader of this review to make up their own mind as to what matters

Gary and his team are highly competent diesel specialists with equipment and experience to back it up. Not only can they provide expert advice on diagnosing diesel issues but they can also source most parts at the same quality but fraction of the costs from a dealership. Customer service even extended to lending me a socket from their own workshop to pull one of my injectors.

It was such a pleasure dealing with the Team. I was expecting the problem with my Landcruiser to be the Injection pump but after a quick diagnosis they found an air leak at the filter housing and repaired it at a fraction of the cost. Great friendly service and staff topped of the experience. Thanks a mil guys and girls

Took my Porsche Cayenne to these people, was heating and brake light came on. Tried to read the codes but couldn't. Charged me 135 dollars for 20 mins of work with no clear directions of what was wrong or what to do next. Thumbs down. Never again. Watch out. The South African dude was smooth and charged for no results whatsoever. Be careful.

Don't go here! Poor diagnosis and was not given transparent communication about the mounting costs. We were charged $8000 for a vehicle valued at $9000. Why would you not let your customers know? $150 per hour to investigate" the issue is a rort. The 1 star is for the courtesy car we were given as they took ages to diagnose the issue. Car is running worse off. BE WARNED."

Unbelievably helpful & professional. Ashley really knows his stuff (60nm & missing 10mm nuts). He spent ages on the phone helping me with advice to get me out of trouble just before Xmas. I would not hesitate to recommend them to every Diesel owner.
