Road Assist arrived promptly, only around 30 mins after my call. The problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently, and my battery was replaced on the spot. Excellent service, highly recommend.

After a treatment session at Concord Hospital I returned to my vehicle at the car park and found the hazard lights flashing. When I attempted to start the car it was not responding. It dawned on me that the battery was flat. I must have unwittingly turned on the hazard lights when I was putting the sun selector over the dashboard.I rang NRMA Roadside Assistance and the service representative carefully probed with questions regarding safety and the situation I was in and advised that a patrolman would contact me shortly. In less than 5 minutes a patrolman who was in the area came to my assistance. He confirmed that the battery was flat and set about recharging it when he observed that the battery will need replacing very soon as it was installed in 2017. When I inquired if he could install a new one he said yes and I agreed to have a new battery. He went about his task briskly and efficiently and in less than 30 minutes I was able to get on the road and get home.Very professional, very courteous and very efficient.Thank you

The service was quick and very efficient for a flat battery. The technician was extremely pleasant and helpful, gave excellent advice on battery care and general safety procedures to follow when placing children and animals in the car. (Always Open the windows before putting them inside!). Thanks NRMA
