The fence construction was completed promptly and represented very good value for money. Five star service all the way! Very disappointing encounter with this business. We made an appt to get a quote for fencing around our propert. Not only did Michael not show up to the appt, but when we called to find out what was going on, he hung up on us.

I called Michael to ask about getting a quote. He is too busy but he didn’t leave it at that. He went out of his way to help me find other fencers & posted my job online! Who does that? No one! Not in my many years of experience. The very next morning, early, he sent me a phone number from a fencer who replied to his advertisement. I now have a fencer to do my job which I’m so very grateful for, as I’ve tried for months to find one. I’m totally amazed by Michael & his willingness to help me. No one does this anymore. Even though he became stressed spending time helping me for no financial gain as he needed to focus on his work, he did it anyway! Thats the rarest of rare! Very few in business think into the future & realise that when the economic cycle turns down, the reputation you created when the cycle was up, will have a very big impact on your business. People quickly forget the scumbags who didn’t have time for you, or treated you disrespectfully, but always remember those who stand out. I’ll always remember Michael, and I haven’t even met him, as he went out of his way to help me & didn’t ask for a single dollar in return. He didn’t ask for anything actually! And that’s amazing! In this age of entitlement where nobody, ESPECIALLY YOUNG PEOPLE, does anything unless they get what they believe they’re entitled to get, which usually amounts to getting way more than the true value as, having a sense of entitlement always adds way more to the true value. In these strange times, Michael is truly a ray of sunshine. He certainly brightened my days. Thank you Michael, most sincerely.
