Great location for a long walk along the waters edge

Nice place to take children to and also enjoy the water views. The water is across the road also with a few tables and benches along with a few gazebos. There is a few tables with benches and a public toilet on the park side. Plenty of trees for shade. The play area ground is of beach sand. We recommend this place for kids to play aswell as fishing on the water side.

Beautiful place to visit, don't have to go for a swim, just a walk on the sand, or near the water, it will make you feel revitalised.

Such a different, better place to what I remember from my childhood. It used to have a soccer field there, but now, not only does it have toilets, playground & picnic facilities but also things of an environmental interest, including big fig & other trees providing good shade and the remediated tidal wetland & creek area complete with birdhide and interesting meadering pathways.
