Jack of all makes and models (pun intended). I have an Evo 7 GTA which not only was due for a service but also needed a transfer case replacement due to a really annoying whining noise. While Jack was doing the job, he noticed my power steering hose was leaking and needed to be reconditioned, my two front wheels needed to be changed due to them being worn out on the inner sides plus a wheel alignment as well as my boost hose needing to be replaced due to finding cracks. Jack not only has the technical capabilities and know how but is very honest and also an excellent communicator as he kept me informed and explained all other issues as he found with my car. He is very thorough and methodical and completes a job 110%! You’re the best Jack, love your work :).

I had a ton of water flooding my old BMW. It seemed to be coming up from the floor of the car, and the water completely wrecked the back seat which had to be removed. I gave the car to a recommended garage who kept it for a week and a half, 'training hoses on it for hours', and couldn't work out where the water was coming in. I was told it was coming in under the windscreen, through the doors etc. In the end they decided it was coming in from the sunroof and 'cleared the sunroof drains', charging me 600 dollars. Even as the mobile mechanic drove the car back up my driveway water started pouring in again, this time from the interior roof of the car! They took it for another week, and again, the same issue occured. 'Just get rid of this car' the mechanic told me, but the car had always been great apart from the water issue. So I begged Jack at Mobile Auto Diagnostic Services & Repairs to look at it. He's an old school friend of my son's. My son always takes his cars to him and always says how brilliant a mechanic Jack is and very reasonably priced. Well, Jack immediately diagnosed the issue was the sunroof drains, ascertaining that the back drains had NOT been cleared as they couldn't be cleared properly without taking the headliner off, which I knew the first mechanic hadn't done. So Jack removed the headliner, cleared the drains, and replaced the headliner. I've had the car back a week now and it's been raining a lot. Last night it was torrential - Sydney had more rain in two hours than we'd had in two months. I just checked the car on the driveway and the interior is completely dry! I am so grateful to Jack who went to so much trouble to diagnose the issue and only charged me $220. I told the first mechanic who said 'I didn't want to take the headliner in case it was too fragile'. Well, that didn't stop Jack. The first mechanic has agreed to refund me half the fee ($300) which I think is the minimum he should do seeing I was without the car for over 2 weeks and he didn't do the job he said he had. Anyhow, I'm just glad Jack managed to solve the issue. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

He always provides options, talks me through exactly what needs fixing, why and how, has been able to assist on short notice, gets the job done with out any hidden costs or surprises. Always provides details of why a repair needs to occur with options to get quotes from others if required (never needed too)He is always polite and a true gentleman. With sadness we are leaving the area and it will be tough to find such an honest, reliable mechanic.
