Freelance Shoes

Ok someone needs to preach about how beautiful the girls are at Liverpool freelance store and how much they actually care about their customers! I went once with my friend and ever since it’s been my absolute favourite place to shop from. The store it self is beautiful, clean, smells so good! But the staff literally make your day. Bless them!

Top quality products super comfortable on the feet and very affordable. Amazing store. But nothing beats the beautiful staff at Liverpool store the girls are always helping me out with their big beautiful smiles & can do attitude. Best customer service I’ve experienced.

Amazing staff! The girls working there, June and Natasha, were incredibly helpful. My girlfriend absolutely loves the heels they picked for me! Will definitely come back for more presents for my girlfriend!

These ladies deserve a 5 star review for how they handled a difficult customer today ! And amazing how they are still so approachable after and happy to help and not let it affect their services to others … I’ll always will be a regular here

The manager is super rude everytime i come in the store and i will not be returing back to purchance anymore shoes.

Worst customer service. Manager & worker are incredibly rude, even laughed at my mum when she was trying to explain the situation. Tried to refuse a refund after the worker sized my mum wrong and had no other product to offer as an exchange. Disgusting behaviour!

Disgusting customer service, I went in to by shoes, I found shoes I liked however the last pair was on display and was dirty, I didn’t want it.. she was rude and said nothing was wrong with it, I got offered a discount I said no can I have a new pair, she said she would order it in and took my details.. it was a Monday and I was told that Friday it’ll be in, 2 weeks later still no shoes and every time I call there is a delay. I do not think she ordered it.. I personally think she just wanted to get rid of me. She was completely annoyed that I wanted a new pair.. I am not going to pay money for dirty shoes with or without a discount. So I ended up buying other shoes from a different store for an event I had on. If I was going to wait for freelance I would be bare foot.Disgusting experience and horrible people who can’t smile to customers as well!

I stood outside the window waiting for the lady in the shop to open the door with two other people waiting outside with me. The 'customer' near me opened the door freely and made her way in,so i thought perhaps the store was open for everyone. No, the lady working was obviously doing favours for her friend. When i opened the door too i was told that she was on her break and she would be done in 15 minutes". Disgusting and appalling customer service

I waited over 15 minutes for someone to greet me but manager was gossiping. Super disappointed in service
