Don’t bother booking an appointment there ! Even if you book and you have other places to be at that’s not there if your still waiting over an hour I have never seen such rude customer service in my life I’m Guessing the dentist wife older women shouldn’t even work there so have no common knowledge when it comes to people skills she’s so rude and no English .they even charge whatever amount on health fund and make the price different so if you go back heaps of your allow has been used so the next visit would be an out of pocket im so angry with this dentist place I hope nobody experience what I did yesterday there’s plenty of dentist places!!! Only thing going there is the actual owner older man he can take out a tooth without much pain

The dentists are very intelligent and kind but lack of time management, unprofessionalism and rudeness of receptionist staff ruin the experience entirely. Despite prior booking an appointment, I see myself and others in the room waiting for long times and no acknowledgement from staff. All you get is I don't know" and a scoff. I've had to deal with receptionists' disgusting and judgemental attitude multiple times and obviously I'm not the only one who had an issue with the rude customer service. I can only hope that this business can take further effort to improve. especially the women at the front desk because I will not be coming back for any more services as there are plenty of other kinder and professional dental businesses around."
