A gift provided to my wife turns into disaster!I would like to provide some feedback on a very inadequate grade treatment provided by your salonIt was a gift voucher from your store which I purchased for my wifeAppointment was 10am on January 10thThe young girl was asked to provide a manicure and pedicureThe young girl did not even clean my wife’s nails and went to paint over top of them.The young girl did not provide a scrape or massage to feet, she was not interested at all and clearly did not want to be thereFinished early and said you can go when you want even though my wife still had her toe cushions on.The other lady customer sitting close by was even shocked at how poor the service was for my wife.Very disappointed and would not recommend you waste your money as this company takes no responsibility for poor customer service.If you provide less than one star I would

I was able to walk in without an appointment this morning and was immediately attended to by a lovely technician. She has done a great job removing my old polish, shaping my nails, exfoliating, massaging and repolishing both my toe and finger nails.Highly recommend and will return.

I called up and made an appointment, told the lady on the phone I needed to get my old acrylics taken off and a new set put on. She said “Yes come in at 4.30”I organised to get my baby watched and drove to the centre just for this appointment!When I arrived I was told there was “not enough time - come back tomorrow”.There were people waiting there who had clearly just been sat down, and some even in the waiting chairs.A complete waste of time and RUDE!!! Especially considering I come in every 2 weeks religiously to get my nails done and I was turned away for an appointment that was booked In.

nail paint is already off just 2 days after my appointment, despite all the negative reviews i thought i’d give them a chance. Don’t waste your money. I would definitely like a refund of my $80, but i see from other reviews their customer service is quite poor.

I was just in there for two hours I walked in at 9 and they only had one other client at the time, I asked for a pedicure and reapplication of acrylic nails. For being in there 2 hours I was charged $75 for the pedicure and waiting for my nails for an hour and half!. I ended up just asking to leave. And was left with horrendous nails.

I got a full set of acrylic nails and I was in and out in a timely manner. They did a great job and have a huge colour selection to choose from. The area was clean and staff were polite. Really happy with the result of my nails!

Have being many times normally all the staff are very helpful and do amazing pedicures. This time the lady who started my pedicure was very uninterested and did a very poor job the second lady who started on my feet also did a very poor job my feet are cracked and the nail polish has come off after 1 hour.

I had shellac done on my finger nails and tu did a sloppy job on my nails. It was rushed and the girl didn’t finish my nails when she left me and went to work on another customer. I had to call her back to finish up my nails. The gel was uneven and part of it on the edge of one nail came off right after I walked out of the salon. I had to came back and a guy who worked there fixed it for me.

I had such a Wonderful Pedicure today.The Massage was the Best I have had.I Also have my nails Done by Mai the Owner and David her husband.They are the Best on the Sunshine Coast.I Always get lovely compliments on my Nails,I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
