Excellent Service and Best Bikes on the Market by far.Ordered 1 Boby Bike for our studio and after riding a few classes we had to order another. I ordered two bikes on July 2021 (spent a fortune). One of the parts of the bike was damaged in transit and the handle bars were different even though both bikes were the same model. I contacted Matt from body bikes twice and assured me he would send replacements. Due to covid at the time, it was hard to deliver anything. We are now in March now and I have not received anything. The bikes are great but if you have bad luck and they are damaged or come with different parts, do not expect to have good customer service.

Best customer service from one of the partner, thank you Lee. Easy to deal with, everything was explained to me via sms. Arrived on time for delivery and set up the bike, with a brief demo of the App and bike.
