World Gym Bunbury

Be very careful about recommending anyone to this place. I tried to cancel my daughter’s week-to-week membership but could only put it on hold for 3 months.Now 3 months is up, and they immediately initiated debt collection for the next payment. This was paid but then they insisted that I had to attend in-person to cancel. When I did that, they then told me there will be a minimum 1-month notice charge to cancel my membership.This seems a bit rough seeming that I was not given a copy of the contract with those terms. Not sure what the cancellation fee is paying apart from a ‘fee-for-no-service’, when I’m paying a week-to-week plan.Also, why do I need to provide a reason to cancel? Really, I do not need permission! We have paid 5 weeks of unused membership fees before they will accept and process my cancellation. And we were told we could use the gym until the final day of membership but have already been blocked. We were about to sign up our son here but now having second thoughts.

Worst gym ever . They said policy and procedure of cancellation it’s a joke! They are scammers. Please avoid this gym if possible

Love the atmosphere here, always feel very welcoming, great, wide range of equipment, always someone there to help if you need help with a machine, whether it be another gym goer or a staff member, glad I made the change and joined here

We were down from Perth for work and world gym was extremely helpful. Staff were friendly, easy to deal with and the gym is well equipped and a great vibe. Nice change rooms etc and the protein shakes look great although I haven't tried one at this stage.

I love this place!! It has honestly saved me, the staff are wonderful the creche is exceptional, my son has ASD and the girls there have just been absolutely amazing with him, he gets as excited as I do about going to the gym its great!! The equipment is fantastic, only thing I do wish was that there was a little more or the fake grass area for the push cart run, but other than that its absolutely boss and will never leave hahah

Absolutely worst gym ever. They said that the cancellation policy and procedure is a prank. They are con artists. If anyhow possible, stay far away from this gym, especially the FIFO workers.Yep and i trusted you.

Terrible experience. Was told I could cancel any time. Tried to cancel when the mandates wouldn’t allow me to attend. Was told I could only put it on hold. Months later thst started taking money out of my account without any advice of doing so. Tried to cancel over the phone, was told I had to attend in person to cancel. Unfortunately working away, couldn’t get in there for some time.Eventually face to face visit, was told I needed to give a months notice. So another month of them taking my money.

I love being able to pop in at any time of the day or night, and all the equipment available leaves one spoilt for choice. Their staff are also always very helpful amd friendly. Cost wise as well is affordable even for someone like me who is on a Carer's pension.

Great equipment. Great showers. Great store at the front. Decent kids club. Friendly staff. Nice sitting area. Have never had issues with parking so far.

No maintenance on any equipment. Way too busy never any spare machines unless you go super early morning or late at night.
