i used the online system which was really easy and fun to use and i got my business cards within 3 days i highly recommend

I would give 0 stars if i could, whilst having the ability to design your cards on their website was a great feature and easy to use the customer service I have experienced has been abysmal:1. No electronic receipt given after order placed and paid for.2. 3 day delivery guarantee turned into 2.5 weeks3. Email address on website does not work (still not updated a month after the fact)4. When new email address was given emails still weren't responded to5. Had to wait a further 2 weeks to get a partial refund!Whilst I was happy with the quality of the cards the sheer frustration I went through to get any sort of communication from this company borders on being ridiculous.I leave this feedback in the hope that business card king" will read and act upon it
